The power industry, in particular, is now a priority for many countries' economic policies. This study developed methodology to assess the level of sustainable energy development in Central and Eastern European Countries, using four multi-criteria data analysis methods. Results showed differences in sustainable energy development levels among CEE countries, with Latvia and Croatia ranking the highest, and Poland and Bulgaria ranking the lowest.
