A previously unreported rotenoid derivative, boeractanone (1), along with four known compounds, was isolated from the aerial part of Boerhavia erecta L. Their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with published NMR data.
A previously unreported rotenoid derivative, boeractanone (1), along with four known compounds, isobavachalcone (2), syringaresinol (3), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (4), and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (5), was isolated from the aerial part of Boerhavia erecta L. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis (1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS) and comparison with published NMR data.
