Synthesis, linear and non-linear optical properties of push-pull chromophores based on 9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-amine

Shivani et al.

Summary: The photophysical properties of a series of chromophores with push-pull type conjugation were studied to evaluate their potential as nonlinear optically active materials. The compounds showed promising first hyperpolarizability values and efficiency in nonlinear optical response, outperforming counterparts based on benzothiazole platform.
