When combined with TiO2 modified electrode, the ZIS-HNCs exhibited intense transient photocurrent and were utilized to establish a signal-off photoelectrochemical (PEC) aptasensor for sensitive detection of lincomycin. This study provides a promising strategy for designing nanomaterials with superior photoelectric activity for PEC sensing applications.
