Diterpenoids from Euphorbia helioscopia and their enhancement of NK cell-mediated killing of NSCLC cells

Summary: Fourteen previously unknown diterpenoids were isolated from the whole plants of Euphorbia helioscopia L., and their structures were characterized and evaluated for their cytotoxicity against lung cancer cells. Three compounds were found to significantly enhance the killing activity of natural killer cells against lung cancer cells at low concentrations.
