Impedimetric ultrasensitive detection of trypsin based on hybrid aptamer-2DMIP using a glassy carbon electrode modified by nickel oxide nanoparticle

Mahmoud Roushani et al.

Summary: In this study, a new artificial receptor biosensor was successfully designed using a hybrid method of molecularly imprinted polymer and aptamers for ultra-trace Trypsin enzyme recognition. The biosensor showed unparalleled selectivity and sensitivity in real samples, with a good diagnostic linear range and detection limit. The efficiency of the biosensor was significantly improved with the presence of aptamers in the system.
