Paternal bisphenol A exposure induces testis and sperm pathologies in mice offspring: Possibly due to oxidative stress?

Mohamed A. Al-Griw et al.

Summary: The study showed that paternal BPA exposure in mice resulted in adverse effects on testicular architecture and sperm quality in offspring, with decreased sperm count and motility, increased sperm abnormalities, and elevated levels of oxidative stress biomarkers. These effects were seen in both exposed F0 males and their F1 generation offspring, indicating transgenerational impact of BPA exposure on male reproductive health.
