Morphological Analysis and Properties Evaluation of Electrodeposited Thick BiSbTe Films with Cooperative Interactions among Multiple Additives

Wei Yu et al.

Summary: In this study, smooth, compact, and well-adherent films with ideal composition were successfully electrodeposited within the thickness range of 4 to 100 μm by introducing multiple additives. The introduction of PVA and saccharin sodium significantly increased the electrical resistivity, but the addition of KCl helped increase the electrolyte conductivity and decrease the resistivity back to a certain level.
