Label-Free and Highly-Sensitive Detection of Ochratoxin A Using One-Pot Synthesized Reduced Graphene Oxide/Gold Nanoparticles-Based Impedimetric Aptasensor

Summary: A new label-free electrochemical biosensor based on three-dimensional reduced graphene oxide/gold nanoparticles/aptamer was constructed for OTA detection, showing excellent sensitivity and reproducibility. The aptasensor exhibited a broad linear response and low LOD, making it applicable for OTA detection in real samples with economical, specific, susceptible, fast, easy, and transportable merits.

DNA walker-assisted aptasensor for highly sensitive determination of Ochratoxin A

Summary: In this study, an aptasensor for detecting Ochratoxin A was successfully constructed using gold nanoparticles decorated molybdenum oxide nanocomposites, hybridization chain reaction, and a restriction endonuclease-aided walker DNA machine. The sensor demonstrated excellent analytical performance and high sensitivity, with a detection limit as low as 3.3 fg mL-1, showing great potential for practical applications in various sample types.

The aptasensor showed a wide linear range and low detection limit for OTA, as well as excellent selectivity and stability.
