Summary: Comparing the utility of maximum vertical pocket versus amniotic fluid index for predicting adverse perinatal outcomes, results showed that the use of maximum vertical pocket reduced the rate of oligohydramnios diagnosis and was associated with lower rates of pregnancy intervention related to adverse perinatal outcomes.
