However, comparing SVF-enhanced fat graft with conventional fat graft showed no differences in fat survival rate. It is important to determine the most beneficial protocol for patients, establish standardized methods of SVF isolation or ADSCs culture, and maintain a constant percentage of injected cells in the graft. Further research on the long-term efficacy and safety of CAL is needed, as well as additional RCTs with larger sample sizes and better comparability.
