Autocatalytic photoredox Chan-Lam coupling of free diaryl sulfoximines with arylboronic acids

Summary: The study presents a mild copper-catalyzed photoredox dehydrogenative Chan-Lam coupling reaction, initiated by ambient light-induced copper-catalyzed single-electron reduction of NH-sulfoximines. This auto-catalytic process not only increases environmental friendliness, but also tackles the synthetic challenges of N-arylation of NH-diaryl sulfoximines.
