Meta-analytic Examination of a Suppressor Effect on Subjective Well-Being and Job Performance Relationship

A Closer Look at the Relationship between Life Satisfaction and Job Performance

Summary: This research aimed to examine the relationship between life satisfaction and job performance, finding that bonding social capital and affective commitment played a mediating role, which was validated through two survey studies. Results from both studies showed that these two mediating factors fully mediated the link between life satisfaction and job performance in two separate Pakistani organizations.
