Short-term community-based exercise programs in low-income older women: Does exercise intensity and modality matters?

Impact of the 2019 Coronavirus Disease Pandemic on Health-Related Quality of Life and Psychological Status: The Role of Physical Activity

Summary: This study revealed that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Saudi adults' HRQoL and psychological distress is moderated by their levels of physical activity. Those who engaged in recommended levels of physical activity had higher HRQoL and lower psychological distress, regardless of the impact of COVID-19. The findings highlight the importance of physical activity in mitigating the negative effects of the pandemic on individuals' health and well-being.
