Making sense of early-career teacher support, satisfaction, and commitment

It reveals significant variation in the support experienced by early-career teachers, with mentorship and perceptions of professional development positively influencing teacher satisfaction and commitment. Other organizational factors also impact the experiences and outcomes of early-career teachers.
