Fecal g. Streptococcus and g. Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group combined with sphingosine to modulate the serum dyslipidemia in high-fat diet mice

Wei Wei et al.

Summary: This study identified two hub genera, Streptococcus and Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes, in the fecal micro-ecosystem of high-fat diet mice. Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes mediated the effect of high-fat diet on dyslipidemia through the metabolite sphingosine. Supplementation of sphingosine improved dyslipidemia induced by high-fat diet.
