Validation of the SARC-F for Assessing Sarcopenia in Patients on Peritoneal Dialysis

Jun Do Young et al.

Summary: This study validated the effectiveness of the SARC-F questionnaire in predicting sarcopenia in patients on peritoneal dialysis (PD). The results showed that the SARC-F has a high negative predictive value and specificity, and is positively correlated with parameters of sarcopenia.
