Summary: This study addresses the stability and stabilizability problems for complex-valued memristive neural networks with actuator failures using a reliable aperiodic event-triggered sampled-data control scheme, introducing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and establishing stability and stabilizability criteria. The proposed approach is not only more applicable but also effective in saving communication resources for the networks, with numerical simulations verifying the theoretical results obtained.
