Summary: The study aims to investigate the prevalence differences of receiving an ICD-10 psychiatric diagnosis among first-generation and second-generation immigrant groups in Norway compared to ethnic Norwegians. Results show elevated odds of schizophrenia for all immigrant groups except Poles, with the highest odds observed in second-generation Pakistani immigrants. Similarly, the odds of PTSD were significantly increased for Somalis, second-generation Pakistani immigrants, and Iranians.
