Repeatability of biometry measured by three devices and its impact on predicted intraocular lens power

Naren Shetty et al.

Summary: This study compared the repeatability of ocular biometry measured with different devices and found excellent repeatability for all parameters. While the predicted IOL power differed statistically between the devices, the difference was clinically insignificant. The agreement of predicted IOL power was excellent between the three optical biometers.

Repeatability of 2 swept-source OCT biometers and 1 optical low-coherence reflectometry biometer

Andreea D. Fisus et al.

Summary: The study aimed to compare the repeatability of two SS-OCT biometers and one OLCR device, revealing that all devices included in the analysis exhibited high repeatability, with SS-OCT devices demonstrating better performance in repeatability compared to the OLCR device.

The measurement of ocular axial length in normal human eyes based on an improved Twyman-Green interferometer

Cheng Wang et al.

Summary: The new axial length measurement system combining an improved interferometer with digital signal processing shows good repeatability and agreement with existing devices. It can accurately measure eyes with different optical refractive subjects and is suitable for routine clinical AL measurements.
