Comparison of Stimulated Cycles with Low Dose r-FSH versus Hormone Replacement Cycles for Endometrial Preparation Prior to Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfer in Young Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome: A Single-Center Retrospective Cohort Study from China

Li Li et al.

Summary: In this study, reproductive outcomes for young women with PCOS undergoing FET were compared between stimulated and hormone replacement cycles for endometrial preparation. The results showed no significant difference in pregnancy outcomes between STC and HRC protocols. While HRC may be a reasonable choice for PCOS patients unwilling to accept injections, STC could reduce unnecessary anxiety and operational costs and offer more flexibility for patients. Individualization, securitization, and optimization concepts should be embraced in the clinic.
