One-pot green synthesis of iron oxide nanoparticles from Bauhinia tomentosa: Characterization and application towards synthesis of 1, 3 diolein

This study focused on producing MNPs using Bauhinia tomentosa leaf extract, immobilized in porcine pancreatic lipase (PPL), and characterized the synthesized nanoparticles using various tests. Process parameters, enzyme stability, reusability, separation efficiency, activity, recovery, and loss were studied to successfully synthesize 1,3-diolein, achieving a yield of 94% under optimized conditions.
