Nanobiochar paper based electrochemical immunosensor for fast and ultrasensitive detection of microcystin-LR

Summary: A portable, cheap, and sensitive paper-based electrochemical immunosensor utilizing conductive nanobiochar paper was developed for sensitive detection of microcystin-LR toxin in water. The sensor showed specific quantification of MCLR with a response time of less than 5 minutes, and achieved a lowest detection limit of 17 pM. The sensor exhibited high selectivity, reproducibility, and storage stability, making it a promising tool for cost-effective electrochemical device development.
