Highly heterogeneous-related genes of triple-negative breast cancer: potential diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers

Yiduo Liu et al.

Summary: This study identified potential biomarkers for TNBC through bioinformatics analysis. Four genes were identified as prognostic signatures in the disease-free interval, while five genes were associated with the progression-free interval. Time-dependent ROC analysis indicated that the multivariate Cox regression models based on these genes had great predictive performance. Additionally, FAM83B was found to significantly affect the prognosis of patients in different TNBC subtypes.

Autophagy in tumour immunity and therapy

Houjun Xia et al.

Summary: Autophagy plays a crucial role in cancer by influencing tumor progression, immune responses, and therapy outcomes. Modulating the autophagy pathway can enhance antitumor immune responses and improve treatment efficacy.
