Caveolin-1-driven membrane remodelling regulates hnRNPK-mediated exosomal microRNA sorting in cancer

Knockdown of hnRNPK in prostate cancer cells impairs the ability of extracellular vesicles to induce osteoclastogenesis, indicating a potential role in bone metastasis. Additionally, elevated levels of hnRNPK in biofluid extracellular vesicles are associated with metastatic prostate and colorectal cancer.
