Mild versus conventional ovarian stimulation for IVF in poor, normal and hyper-responders: a systematic review and meta-analysis

Summary: This study analyzed randomized controlled trials comparing mild and conventional IVF treatments to evaluate clinical outcomes and cost-effectiveness in different types of responders. The results showed similar live birth rates and cumulative live birth rates between mild and conventional IVF treatments, with moderate quality of evidence. Risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome was significantly lower with mild IVF, and costs were also lower compared to conventional IVF.
