Summary: The study assessed the impact of the adapted HIV Infant Tracking System (HITSystem v2.0) intervention on PMTCT outcomes in two Kenyan government hospitals, with results showing a higher likelihood of complete PMTCT services among HITSystem 2.0 participants. In multivariate modeling, HITSystem 2.0 was identified as the strongest predictor of complete PMTCT retention.
