Summary: The study found that in the Nd:YAG laser-assisted APF-gel group, the Optical Attenuation Coefficient (OAC) assessed by OCT reached the highest values on the 10th and 15th days of pH-cycling. Nd:YAG treatment reduced the carbonate content in all groups after treatment, while APF-gel did not affect the composition of enamel. Changes in carbonate content were observed in the first 5 days of pH-cycling in all groups.
