Heat transportation enrichment and elliptic cylindrical solution of time-dependent flow

Azad Hussain et al.

Summary: This article examines the effects of heat transfer in a compressible time-dependent laminar flow passing through two distinctly positioned elliptic cylinders. The study includes numerical solutions for the Navier-Stokes equations, mesh creation, and analyses of velocity, pressure, temperature distribution, and surface volume of fluid. The results indicate maximum velocity around the elliptic cylinder boundaries, maximum pressure distribution around the cylinders, and maximum heat transfer coefficient at upper and lower boundaries.

Unsteady hybrid nanoparticle-mediated magneto-hemodynamics and heat transfer through an overlapped stenotic artery: Biomedical drug delivery simulation

Jayati Tripathi et al.

Summary: This study simulated two-dimensional laminar hemodynamics through a diseased artery with overlapped stenosis using a mathematical model with hybrid biocompatible nanoparticles (Silver and Gold). The modification of Tiwari-Das volume fraction model for nanoscale effects and inclusion of a uniform magnetic field in the radial direction for magneto-hemodynamics effects were highlighted. The study also presented comprehensive solutions for blood flow mediated by silver and silver-gold hybrid nanoparticles, emphasizing the use of hybrid nanoparticles for minimizing hemodynamics.

Mechanics of non-Newtonian blood flow in an artery having multiple stenosis and electroosmotic effects

Salman Akhtar et al.

Summary: The study evaluates the hemodynamic characteristics of arteries with multiple stenosis, utilizing the Casson fluid model to address non-Newtonian behavior. Mathematical modeling analyzes the impact of electro-osmotic effects on blood flow in such arteries, revealing features of symmetric and non-symmetric stenosis structures.
