This review focuses on important aspects of QED-corrections to hadronic decays, specifically emphasizing conceptual points such as infrared divergences and structure dependence. Different hadronic decay processes exhibit (non)-cancellation of hard-collinear logs, such as lnm(l) and lnm(p), as a significant characteristic of structure dependence.
Important aspects of QED-corrections to hadronic decays are reviewed with emphasis on conceptual points such as infrared divergences and structure dependence. These matter are illustrated for the e(+)e(-)& RARR;hadrons, the leptonic decay p(+)& RARR;(l)+(?) over bar and the semileptonic decay B & RARR;p(l)+(?) over bar . Aspects of structure dependence include the (non)-cancellation of hard-collinear logs (e.g., lnm(l) and lnm(p)) of charged final states.
