Bayes Conditional Probability of Fuzzy Damage and Technical Wear of Residential Buildings

Jaroslaw Konior et al.

Summary: The research aimed to investigate the impact of maintenance processes on the wear of old residential buildings with traditional construction. By analyzing technical wear symptoms, understanding damage mechanisms, and identifying damage levels, the study developed a qualitative model transformed into a quantitative model for multi-criteria analysis of building elements in fuzzy conditions. The results show a consistent increase in wear probability with deteriorating maintenance conditions, across different building elements.
