Impact of COVID-19 on achieving the goal of sustainable development: E-learning and educational productivity

Through data collection from middle school students and the development of an integrated model, the study found that factors such as learners' attitude, internet self-efficacy, instructor response, and online learning attitude positively influence student satisfaction, while factors like computer anxiety, ease of use, system availability, internet availability, and learning climate negatively affect satisfaction.
