Findings suggest that ES can elicit EI and ED as emotional responses, mediating or neutralizing the negative effects of SS. The study emphasizes the importance of providing positive Environmental Stimuli for employees to enhance their Emotional Intelligence and mitigate the negative impacts of Service Sabotage.
