Fiducial qT resummation of color-singlet processes at N3LL+NNLO

Summary: Our framework provides a q(T) resummation method for arbitrary color-singlet processes at (NLL)-L-3+NNLO accuracy based on a factorization theorem in SCET. The implementation CuTe-MCFM is fully differential and matches large-q(T) fixed-order predictions at relative order alpha s2, allowing for efficient estimation of uncertainties. In addition to various production processes, the framework is also applicable to diboson processes with decays, showing novel results for gamma gamma and Z gamma at (NLL)-L-3+NNLO accuracy.

Fully Differential Higgs Boson Production to Third Order in QCD

Infrared renormalons in kinematic distributions for hadron collider processes

Summary: In this study, the presence of infrared and linear renormalons in Quantum Chromodynamics was investigated in relation to their impact on short distance observables. Using an Abelian model, linear renormalons were found to affect the transverse momentum distribution of a neutral vector boson Z in hadronic collisions under certain conditions, while no evidence of their presence was observed in the large transverse-momentum region regardless of rapidity cuts.

Summations of large logarithms by parton showers

Summary: The proposed method aims to examine how a parton shower sums large logarithms, by working with integral transforms and reformulating the shower to obtain the transformed distribution as an exponential. This program was applied to the thrust distribution in electron-positron annihilation, with the approach of computing some perturbative coefficients in the exponent and testing their consistency with next-to-leading-log summation of the thrust logarithms.
