Preparation of palladium oxide nanoparticles supported on tin oxide nanofibers via modified electrospinning for ultra-low ppb NO2 detection

Houda Lahlou et al.

Summary: A gas sensor based on self-ordered SnOx nanofibers decorated with PdOx nanoparticles was fabricated using modified electrospinning method, showing remarkable sensitivity towards NO2 with good linearity and low detection limit in humid air. The sensor also exhibited ultra weak cross sensitivity towards interfering air pollutants at high ppm levels, making it a potential candidate for detecting and quantifying low levels of NO2 in air.
