Regional Inclusive Development: An Assessment of Russian Regions

Summary: The paper discusses the importance of regional inclusive development, proposing and applying a framework to evaluate this concept and comparing the performance of Russian regions with other indicators. The results show significant differences between rankings of inclusive development, quality of life, and gross product, as well as unexpected small interregional differences among Russian regions.
