Development and validation of the Spanish Work-Family Conflict Scale (SP-WFCS): Evidence from two independent samples in Argentina

Summary: The study developed a Spanish version of the Work-Family Conflict Scale in Argentina and examined its reliability, dimensionality, and validity, which showed satisfactory results. Multi-group confirmatory factor analyses indicated statistical invariance across samples and gender. The study also found significant correlations between work-family conflict dimensions and antecedents and outcomes.
