The Effect of Different Postprandial Exercise Types on Glucose Response to Breakfast in Individuals with Type 2 Diabetes

Alessio Bellini et al.

Summary: Postprandial exercise, especially aerobic exercise, can significantly improve the glycemic response in patients with type 2 diabetes. The combination of aerobic and resistance exercise shows greater benefits in reducing post-meal blood glucose levels, with aerobic exercise performed alone or before resistance exercise showing the most advantages.
