Possible association between eating behaviors and cardiovascular disease in the general population: Analysis of a nationwide epidemiological database

Summary: This study utilized a nationwide epidemiological database in Japan to investigate the association between eating behaviors (such as skipping breakfast, late night dinner, and bedtime snacking) and subsequent cardiovascular events among the general population. The findings suggest that maintaining optimal eating behaviors could be important for primordial and primary prevention of cardiovascular disease in the general population.
