Summary: Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy is a minimally invasive imaging technique ideal for capturing large tissue volumes with sub-cellular resolution, but is often hindered by issues with refractive index heterogeneity in deep tissue imaging. A deep learning-based autofocus framework is proposed to address this issue, demonstrating improved performance in experiments.
