Summary: TL imaging was used to study the kinetics of early ovine embryo development, revealing significant differences in division timing between normally developing and arrested embryos, with better quality in normally developing embryos. TL imaging may serve as a useful technique for predicting the outcome and enhancing efficacy of in vitro embryo production in sheep.
