Summary: The fabrication of a dual responsive sensor UiO-66-MA for detecting H2S and Cu2+ in aquatic environments has been achieved through post-modification of UiO-66-MOF, showing high sensitivity and selectivity. The tandem functions of UiO-66-MA for detecting H2S and Cu2+ demonstrate the potential of developing multifunctional MOF sensors based on combinatorial principles.
