Strong decays of the newly Pcs(4459) as a strange hidden-charm Ξc(D)over-bar* molecule

Rui Chen

Summary: The study further examines the two-body strong decay behavior of P-cs(4459) in the meson-baryon molecular scenario and supports its identity as a strange hidden-charm Xi D-c* molecule. The relative decay ratio between Λ D-c(s)* and J/psi Λ is around 10, with a partial decay width for the Λ D-c(s)* channel ranging from 0.6 to 2.0 MeV.

Analysis of the Pcs(4459) as the hidden-charm pentaquark state with QCD sum rules

Zhi-Gang Wang

Summary: In this paper, the authors studied the udssc pentaquark state using QCD sum rules and found that the predicted mass is in agreement with experimental data, supporting the assignment of Pcs(4459) as the hidden-charm pentaquark state with specific spin-parity. The flavor SU(3) mass-breaking effect was taken into account in estimating the mass spectrum of diquark-diquark-antiquark-type udscc pentaquark states with strangeness S = -1.

Evidence of a J/ψΛ structure and observation of excited Ξ- states in the Ξb- → J/ψΛK- decay

R. Aaij et al.

Summary: The first evidence of a structure in the J/psi Lambda invariant mass distribution is obtained from an amplitude analysis of Xi(-)(b) -> J/psi Lambda K- decays. The observed structure is consistent with being due to a charmonium pentaquark with strangeness. Additionally, narrow excited Xi(-) states have been seen for the first time in a Xi(-)(b) decay.

Summary: The study supports the interpretation of P-cs(4459)(0) as the (D) over bar *Xi(c) hadronic molecular state, and suggests further investigation to verify this interpretation by examining the separation of P-cs(4459)(0) into two states.

Summary: The LHCb collaboration's observation of the P-cs(4459) adds to the known hidden-charm pentaquark family, and suggests a molecular explanation for its properties. Additionally, an accidental symmetry between the P-cs(4459) and P-c(4440/4457) potentials is highlighted.

Understanding Pcs(4459) as a hadronic molecule in the Ξb- → J/ψΛK- decay

Jun-Xu Lu et al.

Summary: The research investigates a hidden charm pentaquark state P(cs) (4459) recently reported by the LHCb Collaboration, which is assumed to be related to a (D) over bar*Xi(c) molecular state. By studying the Xi(-)(b) -> J/psi Lambda K- decay through triangle diagrams, the study obtains a model independent constraint on the product of couplings and predicts the branching ratio for future experimental studies.

Investigation of Pcs(4459)0 pentaquark via its strong decay to ΛJ/Ψ

K. Azizi et al.

Summary: The study investigates the decay of the new pentaquark state P-cs(4459)(0) -> J/Psi Lambda within the QCD sum rule framework, assigning its spin-parity quantum numbers as J(P) = 1-/2 and substructure as diquark-diquark-antiquark. The obtained width from the analysis is consistent with experimental observations, confirming the quantum numbers and compact pentaquark nature of the P-cs(4459)(0) state.
