Capillary microreactor with PdZn/(Ti, Ce)O2 coating for selective hydrogenation of 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol

Lyudmila B. Okhlopkova et al.

Summary: The catalytic properties of Pd/Ti0.95Ce0.05O2, Pd80Zn20/Ti0.95Ce0.05O2 and Pd/TiO2 coatings on the inner wall of capillary microreactor in the selective hydrogenation of 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol were studied. Ce-doping and Zn addition to Pd nanoparticles were found to have a significant impact on catalytic performance, leading to improved selectivity to 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol.
