Temperature induced supramolecular structural transition and as a host cavity to capture the guest molecules

Peng Lei et al.

Summary: The study investigated the impact of temperature on the self-assembled structures of TTF-C6 molecules and found that temperature-induced structural transitions can capture different guest molecules. The experimental results were verified through density functional theory (DFT) calculations.

Morphology Regulation by Upside-Down Thermal Annealing Based on Blend Thick-Film Organic Solar Cells

Xiaohua Zhang et al.

Summary: The morphology property of the active layer, determined by post-treatment, plays a critical role in optimizing the power conversion efficiency of organic solar cells. A novel upside-down thermal annealing method, DTA, was presented to regulate the morphology of PffBT4T-2OD:PC71BM and increase the PCE by 15%. This ideal bulk-heterojunction morphology regulation by DTA is an effective way to achieve high-performance OSCs.
