Two new glycosides and two known analogues were isolated from the leaves and rattan stems of Schisandra chinensis, and their structures were determined by various spectral analyses.
Two new glycosides, vanillic acid 4-O-beta-D (6'-O-(Z)-2 ''-methylbut-2 ''-enoate)glucopyranoside (1), p-methox-ycarvacrol-6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), along with two known analogues (3-4), were isolated from the leaves and rattan stems of Schisandra chinensis. The structures of these isolates were determined by UV, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR spectral analyses.
