Wen-Xiu Ma

Summary: This study focuses on constructing N-soliton solutions within the Hirota bilinear formulation and analyzing the Hirota N-soliton conditions in (2+1)-dimensions. A generalized algorithm for proving the Hirota conditions is presented, along with the introduction of two weight numbers to achieve homogeneity of the related polynomials. An application is developed for a general combined nonlinear equation to provide proof of existence of its N-soliton solutions.

Lump, rogue wave, multi-waves and Homoclinic breather solutions for (2+1)-Modified Veronese Web equation

S. T. R. Rizvi et al.

Summary: This study addresses four main inducements (lump, rogue wave, Homoclinic breather, and multi-wave solutions) for the (2+1)-Modified Veronese Web (MVW) equation using Hirota bilinear approach and ansatz technique. By assuming different forms of the function f in the Hirota bilinear form, the study successfully prevented lump, rogue wave, breather, and multi-wave solutions. A precise compatible wave transformation was utilized to obtain multi-wave solutions, and the motion tracks of lump, rogue wave, and multi-waves were explained both physically and theoretically, providing new insights into the qualitative features of wave phenomena.

Summary: In this study, a combined pKP-BKP equation is introduced by considering a linear combination of the potential KP equation and the BKP equation. It is proven that the combined pKP-BKP equation satisfies the Hirota N-soliton condition and possesses an N-soliton solution. The proof involves comparing degrees of homogeneous polynomials associated with the Hirota function in N wave vectors.
