Summary: An electrochemical aptasensor for CEA detection was developed based on PDA@Gr/Pd-PtNDs, which showed sensitivity and stability with a dynamic response range from 50 pg/mL to 1.0 μg/mL and a detection limit of 6.3 pg/mL. The sandwich-type specific reaction between CEA and corresponding aptamers allowed for proportional electrochemical signals with HQ concentrations, demonstrating good precision in real samples application.
