Tunable electrochemistry and efficient antibacterial activity of plant-mediated copper oxide nanoparticles synthesized by Annona squamosa seed extract for agricultural utility

Summary: The study successfully synthesized plant-mediated copper oxide nanoparticles (pm-CuO NPs) using Annona squamosa aqueous seed extract, demonstrating good antibacterial activity and electrocatalytic performance. The pm-CuO NPs showed effective antibacterial properties against the rice pathogenic bacteria Xanthomonas oryzae, as well as high sensitivity and low detection limit in electrochemical determination of hydrogen peroxide.
