Interactive effects of dung deposited onto urine patches on greenhouse gas fluxes from tropical pastures in Kenya

Yuhao Zhu et al.

Summary: The study found that dung and urine patches on tropical pastures have different effects on greenhouse gas emissions and emission levels in different seasons. Dung patches may reduce the CH4 sink strength of tropical pastures during the dry season, while they may turn into a CH4 source in the rainy season.
